WELCOME EVERYONE! These are our welcoming and warm-up days – get ready for a summer full of fun. This summer we will be taking a trip around the world. We will learn about earth and all continents. Children will be introduced to the landforms, climate, animals and places of each continent. Colorful books and projects will encourage the children to read on their own.

This is our "Orientation Week” (at school) We will learn everything we need to know about our summer set-up and all the activities around it.

July 12 - July 16 |
"North America Week"
Join us for our "Crazy Outfit Day" on Friday, July 16. Your children can mix and match their outfit and come up with the craziest outfit. Children can bring along additional outfits and play dress up.

July 19 - July 23 |
"South America Week"
While we are travelling to our next continent we will learn that safety is very important on each journey. We will also set new standards for protecting ourselves and our environment. Join us for our "Safety Day" on Friday, July 23. We will learn all about safe work and play at and outside the school.

July 26 – July 30 |
"Europe Week"
Additionally get ready for a wagon ride around the farm and see how fruits and vegetables grow. We will enjoy fresh watermelons at the:

August 2 - August 6

"Asia Week"
Are you ready to join your children to "pretend" to be the adults. With an entire city at their fingertips, children can experience what it is like to live, work, play and be a part of a community. With over 15,000 sq. feet of educational interactive exhibits and activities, Pretend City brings learning and imagination to life!

August 9 - August 13 |
"Africa Week"
Let’s learn more about painting and how we can use different paints during our "Fun Painting Day" on Friday, August 13. Children will learn how to mix colors, do different painting projects and even face painting!

August 16 - August 20 |
"Australia Week"
"The Petting Zoo" is coming to school on Wednesday, August 18
We will learn everything we want to know about reptiles. As we will take and imaginary hike through Australia we will learn about reptiles, their skin and habits, and learn that snakes shed their skin to grow. We will get to meet a real, live snake!

August 23 - August 27 |
"Antarctica Week"
As we learn about the icy Antarctica we will try to melt water and see how we can use the water; we will have a "Splash Day" and a "Bubblemania Day" this week. (at school).

August 30 – August 31 |
Let's take a deep breath and think back about all the new things we have learned and seen during all our field trips and appreciate the world around us during our:
"Summer Party" on Tuesday, August 31 (at school)
